We would like to work fast and easily with huge amount of
datas. Often it's a big help if the same datas can be viewed
in a sorted way or the searched data can be find fast.
The mCm give a possibility to handle huge
amount of datas fast and clean.
| If you click on the head
of a column at browser page, the table will be sorted
by that column. Start typing the searched data into
the search field in this column and you will be nearer
with every character to your goal. |

FilterMaster
Often we want to find partners with conditions what we don't
know exactly at the start of searching. Instead of finding
out the condition, which takes much time, it's easier and
faster to do this with filter progression.
The FilterMaster function help filtering
the data. The FilterMaster is a very special
function of Miss Contact Manager program.
With couple of mouse click you can find and filter the most
difficoult clause.
For example, a specific colleagues' weekly
task, jobs and results can be easily filtered out. Is
it important to know the partners, where the manager got
prospects about softwares in the last month? Not probelm!

Filter templates
Many of the same queries, filter results are frequently
used. The once defined filter conditions can be applied
to arbitrary large data files. Hence if the data files change
(grow or shrink), it is possible to make statistical reports
from it.
The once defined parameters of FilterMaster
can be saved and load later, so the repeated filterings
(even with some changes) are fast and easy to do.

Making reports
The boss asks various reports many times. With FilterMaster
you can do this fast: Choose the FilterMaster
function, load the filter template for the appropriate report,
click on the refresh button to refresh datas and then you
could print the asked report. That is only 4 click!
If your office is tend to be a paper-free office, you can
export the report into a PDF document. It is easy to send
it in e-mail, which lowers the costs.
